Double-Six and Alamvaya — five nights in Seminyak and two in a bamboo house

That is yours to choose, and it is why the days are not printed here. Five full days are in the price; which five they are we agree with you and write down, with their dates, before anything is paid. In practice most weeks are built out of Ubud and its waterfalls, a day on the south coast, the north lakes, and one of the active days, and the tours page lists everything we run. Tell us what you want and we will send the programme back.

Alamvaya is built out of bamboo rather than concrete — high curved roofs, open walls, and rice fields instead of a street. It is two nights of somewhere quite different from a beach hotel, which is the point of putting it in the middle of a Seminyak week. We confirm the room you get there, and the room at the Double-Six, in writing before you book.

Both are eight days with five days out and two hotels. The Luxury Private Package is the higher of the two: a villa or suite with a pool of your own at both ends, a car and driver for the whole week rather than the touring days, and the five days already set out. This one is the same shape at a lower total, with the touring left for you to choose.
