Day 1Quad bikes and rafting on the Ayung river
The adventure early in the week, while the energy is still fresh. Quad bikes along the jungle and mud tracks, then down the Ayung in an inflatable raft between green walls with water running off them.
Day 2Waterfalls and the countryside
A slower day among the waterfalls. A path through thick forest down to a pool at the foot of the cliff, with the water dropping from height in two threads side by side — the one photograph most people come home with.
Day 3The rice terraces and the swing
The green Bali is known for: rice terraces stepping down the valley one level at a time, and the swing hung out above them — the picture most travellers take home.
Day 4Jimbaran and water sports
The last touring day on the water: jet ski and the rest of the water sports through the day, then dinner on the sand at Jimbaran as the sun goes down into the sea directly in front of you.
