Tour package

The Bali economy package — Ramada Seminyak and four tours

The lower-priced way to see the island properly: seven days and six nights at the Ramada Seminyak hotel, four of them full days out — rafting and quad bikes, the sea at Tanjung Benoa with dinner at Jimbaran, the waterfalls and rice terraces, and the temples with the glass bridge. The days in between are yours: rest by the pool, or ask us for another tour or an activity and we arrange it. One price covering both of you.

Day by day

One photo and one plan for each day, so you know what you booked before you land.

  1. A smiling rider in a red helmet on a red quad bike, splashing through shallow water beneath a waterfall
    Day 1

Rafting, quad bikes and the Bali swing

The adventure day, in the green middle of the island. Quad bikes along the mud tracks and under a waterfall, the Ayung river by inflatable raft between two banks of jungle, and the Bali swing out over the rice terraces to finish.

  2. A candle-lit table on the sand with plates of grilled prawns and lobster, with an orange sunset over the sea behind
    Day 2

Water sports and a seafood dinner at Jimbaran

A day on the south coast. The water first at Tanjung Benoa — parasailing, jet ski, the banana boat — and then the day closes on the sand at Jimbaran, at a table of grilled seafood with the sun going down over the bay.

  3. A wide waterfall pouring over dark rock into a brown pool, with a terrace of cafés and umbrellas on the green cliff above it
    Day 3

Waterfalls, the Monkey Forest and the rice terraces

The green day. A Bali waterfall in the morning while the light is still on your side, then the Monkey Forest where the macaques live in the trees over the paths, and the rice terraces stepping down the valley in the afternoon.

  4. A row of small glasses of coffee and tea in different colours on a wooden table, with a civet cat sniffing the end of the row
    Day 4

Temples, a coffee plantation and the glass bridge

The day the camera does best out of. Balinese temples, a coffee plantation where the beans are tasted through in stages — the luwak included — and the glass-floored bridge slung across the jungle gorge.

Common questions

Is the price per person or for two?

For the two of you together. The figure shown is the whole package for two travellers, not a per-person rate. If there are more of you, send us the number and the children's ages and we requote before you book.

How many nights are in the programme?

Seven days and six nights at the Ramada Seminyak, with four full touring days inside them. Send us your flight dates and we put the dates and the final total in writing before anything is paid.

What happens on the days without a tour?

They are yours. Most people use them to rest — the hotel, the pool, the beach at Seminyak, the shops and the restaurants a walk away — after four days that start early. If you would rather be out, tell us and we arrange another tour or an activity for that day and quote it before you agree to it. Nothing is added to your bill that you have not seen written down.

Which hotel do we stay in?

The Ramada Seminyak, named on the programme. We confirm the booking with you before you pay, so you never arrive at a name you have not seen.

What about the airport transfers?

Tell us your arrival and departure times and we confirm the transfers in writing with the rest of the programme. Nothing on this page is a cost that appears later — whatever is not written down before you pay is not part of what you owe.

How is this different from the Bintang Bali programme?

The touring is much the same shape; the difference is where you sleep and what it costs. This one puts you at the Ramada Seminyak for a lower total, and the Bintang Bali programme is eight days at a resort with the airport transfers written into it.

Questions about the visa, the weather and payment are answered on our FAQ page.
